Flow – Refund Policy

By donating to Flow, you agree to the following refund terms:

1. No Refunds

All donations are final and non-refundable.

• We do not offer refunds for any reason
• This includes accidental purchases, dissatisfaction, or unused perks

2. Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute will result in:

• Immediate and permanent ban from all Flow services
• Removal of all perks and access

3. Digital Perks

All donation rewards (roles, cosmetics, perks, etc.):

• Are not guaranteed to remain the same
• May be changed, removed, or updated at any time
• Hold no real-world monetary value

4. User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Entering the correct account information when donating
• Ensuring you understand what each donation tier includes

We are not responsible for mistakes made during the donation process.

5. Exceptional Cases

Refunds will only be considered if:

• A duplicate payment occurred due to a verified system error
• You did not receive any perks due to a confirmed issue on our end

All decisions on exceptions are final.

6. Support

If you have an issue with your donation:

• Open a donation support ticket in the official Flow Support Server

Do not contact your payment provider before contacting support.
