Flow – Terms of Service
By donating to Flow, you agree to the following terms:
1. Donations
All payments made to Flow are considered voluntary donations to support server costs and development.
You are not purchasing real-world goods or services.
2. No Refund Policy
All donations are final and non-refundable.
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- Filing a chargeback or dispute will result in an immediate and permanent ban from all Flow services.
3. Digital Perks
Donation rewards (roles, cosmetics, perks, etc.) are:
- Non-transferable
- Non-refundable
- Subject to change, removal, or replacement at any time
These are considered bonus perks, not purchased items.
4. Availability & Changes
Flow reserves the right to:
- Modify, remove, or add donation tiers and rewards at any time
- Change pricing without prior notice
- Rotate or re-release cosmetics (including in Item Shop)
5. Access & Beta Features
All donors may receive beta access, but:
- Features may be unstable or incomplete
- Access can be revoked or changed at any time
6. Abuse & Fraud
The following will result in an instant ban:
- Chargebacks or payment disputes
- Attempting to scam, exploit, or fake proof of donation
- Abusing systems or staff
7. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Your account security
- Ensuring correct account details when donating
Flow is not responsible for lost access due to user error.
8. Support
If you experience issues with your donation, you must:
- Open a donation support ticket in the official Flow Support Server
Do not contact payment providers before contacting support.
9. Limitation of Liability
Flow is not liable for:
- Loss of access to perks
- Changes to rewards
- Server downtime or interruptions
All services are provided “as is.”
